Opened in April 2023, Al Khiran Mall extends over an area of 350,000 square meters and has been described as the shopping center of the future. It is the first hybrid outlet mall in Kuwait, merging the traditional shopping experience with outlet shopping and a significant indoor and outdoor entertainment component. Additionally, there is a generous Food & Beverage proposal.
Apart from the shopping center surrounded by a 70,000-square-meter park, Al Khiran Mall has a strong connection to the surrounding nature. It overlooks Kuwait’s largest tourist harbor with 900 boat berths. For visitors and tourists, Al Khiran Mall offers a panoramic terrace named “Khiran View” with recreational spaces such as a running track, an outdoor amphitheater, and a children’s play area.
The outdoor artificial lighting of Al Khiran Mall also bears our signature. We carefully selected, from our range, the most suitable products to provide architectural lighting that emphasizes the building’s forms and harmoniously complements themselves in the greenery that surrounds and characterizes the entire structure.
