From January 17th to 19th 2023, we had the pleasure of taking part at the 16th edition of Light Middle East, the most important exhibition in the United Arab Emirates dedicated to lighting, design and lighting technology.
Held at the Dubai World Trade Center, the Fair received a large participation from both exhibitors and visitors, particularly distributors and representatives of the main architecture studios based in the city. There were more than 150 exhibitors from about 30 countries, with a large presence of European and Italian companies interested in expanding their market in one of the places where the combination of architecture and lighting is having the maximum expansion. In this edition in fact Light Middle East was presented together with the Intelligent Building Light Middle East event, for enclosing in a single, big event all the companies dedicated to lighting and construction.
Since its first edition in 2006, Light Middle East has established itself as one of the largest and most relevant exhibitions for the lighting business, especially for the Middle East and North Africa. For this reason, every year it welcomes an increasing number of visitors who are part of the mechanisms of the B2B market, as buyers and architects: key decision makers in the lighting sector. This year, in particular, the fair has recorded dizzying numbers: more than 30,000 visitors from over 120 countries around the world.
PUK has brought at Light Middle East 2023, in an exhibition space created to convey as much as possible the technical aspect, the aesthetic research and the wide range of solutions in our catalogue, some of the most popular products in the different variants available both in terms of size and in terms of optics and finishes. Walking through the stand visitors were able to deepen closely every single detail of the products present (including the RING series, the QUBO series and the NANOSPOT series) and receive all the information about performance from our team present on site.
A unique opportunity for all the players of the UAE area that, thanks to our participation in Light Middle East 2023, have had the opportunity to see the outdoor lighting products of PUK closely and share with us their projects and their desire for the future. For our reality, the three days in Dubai were an excellent opportunity to expand the presence on the market of the Middle East and North Africa, to consolidate relationships already established and to create new business links.
