In the heart of the exclusive Dubai Pearl Island, a residential project comes to life that embodies a perfect balance of contemporary architecture, sophisticated design, and cutting-edge lighting solutions. The multi-level villa stands as an iconic example of modern living in one of the most sought-after residential areas in the United Arab Emirates.

This private residence stands out for its attention to detail, refined material selection, and the harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor spaces. The lighting design was entrusted to Lustre Lighting, which selected a range of PUK solutions capable of enhancing every aspect of the villa with a tailored, elegant approach.

Recessed in-ground illumination was provided by Hydro Floor Nano, specified in the 10W version for the main circulation areas and the 2.5W version for more intimate, reserved zones. These recessed ground lights integrate seamlessly into the architectural context, emphasizing exterior pathways, entrance areas and open-air living spaces with a grazing light that gently brushes surfaces and elevates material finishes.

Completing the exterior lighting scheme are Hydro Floor Micro Steel 01 and Line Vetro Slim 1000, fixtures that deliver uniform, high-performance illumination — perfect for tracing the architectural lines of the project without disturbing its visual balance. Sheltered areas have been enhanced with Nano Downlight LED 10W. Thanks to their compact size and minimal design, they sit discreetly within the ceilings, contributing to an elegant, welcoming atmosphere.

The modern and rational lines of architecture, in its different levels, are underlined and emphasized through the use of Hydroflex Top Led, opal encapsulated flexible LED strip.

The entire project reflects an integrated vision of lighting and architecture, where light is never intrusive but instead follows the volumes, enriches textures, and underscores the geometry of the design.

A project in which light leaves its signature on the space — enhancing it and telling its story — in perfect harmony with PUK’s vision.
